Steam chicken

Steam chicken


Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fruit vinegar ¼ cup
Ingredients to apply on chicken
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Green chili grinded 1 tsp
Method
  • Marinate chicken pieces with salt and fruit vinegar, leave it for 1 hour then deep fry in hot oil till golden brown, in a bowl mix Yogurt ½ cup, Salt ½ tsp, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Allspice 2 tsp, Chili powder 1 ½ tsp, Green chili grinded 1 tsp well, marinate chicken in this for 1 hour, then steam chicken pieces for 1 hour, cover with a damp cloth, when chicken tender, remove and serve.
